ALGUNOS PROYECTOS
 

-Design, implementation and maintenance of the intranet (sharepoint) of the adidas franchises aimed at improving communication with franchised stores (best adidas innovative project award 2015). Integrate 40 stores.

 

-Coordination of the implementation of in-store management systems. POS modules and point of sale analysis from central. Challenging project, was the one used as a basis to apply it worldwide. In franchise there was no common application and it was mainly sought to integrate with SAP to have the information of stock and margins in the reports for both franchisees and franchisors. It should be a robust and reliable system.

Coordinated external suppliers, IT and the analytical part of point of sale and business analysis, along with product. It was a success that had been tried several times in different countries but had not been achieved so far in adidas.

 

-Design and adaptation of point of sale management manuals to the local market (visual merchandising, customer service, product, etc.)

 

-Design and development of motivation and training of staff of the point of sale of franchised stores aimed at increasing their performance. Selection of suppliers, generation, design and monitoring of training. They were applied to the entire network and it was a boost for the teams. In relation to the motivation, I set up different championships between stores that allowed to match many management indicators in a natural way between stores.
